Established in September 2011, Qingdao Decai High-tech New Material Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Decai Group. In July 2021, it was listed together with Decai Group on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, emerging as the first domestic A-share listed construction enterprise in Shandong Province. It is located in Qingdao Jiaozhou Airport Economic Zone, covering a land area of nearly 300 mu, with a registered capital of RMB 200 million. It plans to invest a total of RMB 800 million, with a planned construction area of 130,000 m2. In 2021, it commenced the construction of the listed fund-raising project of Decai Group. It will cooperate with China Academy of Building Research to establish the national-level research and development center and test center for building doors, windows and curtain wall, and focus on boosting architectural development in China's Jiaodong region.
The industrialization of door, window and curtain wall system enhances the design, manufacturing, installation and testing technology level of building door, window and curtain wall system.

By introducing advanced production lines from Germany and Italy, it is dedicated to the research, development and production of curtain walls, high-end doors and windows, energy-saving and environment-friendly materials. Owning world-class mechanical production equipment with the top configuration in China, it has now emerged as a first-class building doors, windows and curtain wall and comprehensive processing industrial center in East China region. Decai High-Tech gives full play to the advantages of production and R&D. In addition, it actively cooperates with industry associations and universities in production, learning and research, and actively edits the national standard "Technical Conditions for Aluminum Alloy Energy-saving Doors and Windows" and co-edits the national standard "General Technical Requirements for System Doors and Windows".

Decai High-Tech is one of the green production and research bases granted by the Ministry of Housing and Construction of China, a national-level high-tech enterprise, as well as a professional, refined and special enterprise in Qingdao.
